Freyssinet’s Paula Kwiatkowska and Clare White attended Future Talent’s winter concert in Covent Garden, witnessing a magical performance of The Snowman & Friends featuring Future Talent’s exceptionally talented young musicians performing alongside guest artists.
Future Talent is a charity dedicated to supporting gifted young musicians from low-income backgrounds by providing financial aid, mentoring, masterclasses, and performance opportunities. Founded in 2004 by HRH The Duchess of Kent and Nicholas Robinson, its aim is to break down financial and social barriers that can limit musical potential.
Earlier this year, the organisation was awarded funding by the VINCI UK Foundation. Sponsored by Paula, funding will go towards Future Talent’s Senior Programme, which supports 16-18-year-old musicians with essential skills, industry knowledge, and mentorship.
The VINCI UK Foundation’s mission is to promote social inclusion – supporting charitable initiatives that create opportunities in training, employment, housing, mobility, and leisure.
In the UK and Republic of Ireland, VINCI businesses, including VINCI Concessions, VINCI Energies UK & RoI, VINCI Construction UK, VINCI Construction Grands Projects, VINCI Facilities, Belfast International Airport, Soletanche Bachy, Freyssinet, Gatwick Airport, Ringway and NUVIA UK – are proud contributors. Since its inception in 2016, the Foundation has assisted a total of 289 charities and community projects with nearly £1.6 million in grants and the invaluable practical support from its employees.
Funding applications for 2026 will open in January.
