Freyssinet took part in the World’s Largest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support on Friday 25 September.
Staff at the Telford head office gathered together to enjoy homemade cakes, sweets and treats while making donations to the charity, which supports people affected by cancer.
L-R: Freyssinet structural repairs co-ordinator Laura Morris, product sales co-ordinator Jayne Burgess and graduate engineer Amelie Parfait.
The first Macmillan coffee morning was held in 1990, and since then the annual fundraiser has raised over £138 million, which helps to fund Macmillan nurses, keeps support centres stocked with supplies and supports the families of loved ones affected.
It is estimated that more than 220,000 people across the UK participated in the consumption of six million cups of coffee and 12 million slices of cake for the charity event, and Freyssinet was delighted to raise £193 for the cause.
