Freyssinet has achieved BS ISO 44001 certification in collaborative business relationship management systems as part of its commitment to providing the best customer experience.
ISO 44001 helps organisations implement a system of establishing, maintaining and managing collaborative relationships, enhancing performance and adding value across organisation culture and management processes. Collaborative working procedures have been incorporated into our existing management system.
As part of the 44001 implementation, Freyssinet’s Framework Coordinator Ginette Pardoe and Isadora Pasquini Goncalves, Senior Quality Engineer, have undertaken Internal Auditor ISO 44001:2017 training courses with BSI.
Freyssinet has already formed collaborative relationships with National Highways communities as part of its SDF involvement and intends to form relationships with other organisations going forward.
