Over 40 attended a seminar on ‘Corrosion, Structural Repair, Post Tensioning and general Repair Techniques’ at Salford City Stadium, Manchester on Tuesday 14th May. Guest speakers included Dr Lee Canning, Principal Engineer, Sinclair Knight Merz and Dr Chris Atkins, Associate, Mott MacDonald. Freyssinet Repairs Manager, Phil Watkins-Smith (North West Area), was overwhelmed by the response on the day. Phil commented that the feedback from attendees was extremely positive, with many questions being asked throughout the seminar. We clearly hit the target with many people interested in these topical issues.
