Clear Assured Bronze Accreditation achieved

Freyssinet has recently been awarded the Clear Assured Bronze Accreditation, in recognition of our continued commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).

This accreditation reflects the practical actions we have taken to strengthen inclusion across the organisation. These include reviewing and enhancing key policies such as bullying and harassment, whistleblowing, flexible working, and sickness and absence, as well as ensuring they are clearly communicated and accessible to everyone. We have also taken steps to improve how we collect and manage diversity data, helping us better understand our workforce and identify areas where we can continue to improve.

In addition, we have embedded EDI considerations into our recruitment and onboarding processes, including reviewing job description templates, ensuring job adverts promote flexible working, providing clear guidance and feedback to candidates, and integrating EDI information into new‑starter inductions. We have also worked to improve accessibility, including reviewing the accessibility of our offices, assessment venues, and website, and committing to disability inclusion through the Disability Confident scheme.

The Bronze accreditation confirms that we have built strong foundations for EDI and are taking meaningful, measurable steps to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and able to thrive.

Looking ahead, we are now focusing on progressing to the Clear Assured Silver Accreditation. Silver recognises organisations that demonstrate consistent and embedded inclusive behaviours, strong leadership accountability, and clear evidence that inclusion is becoming part of everyday culture. Achieving this next level will require us to show not only robust structures and policies, but also the lived experience of inclusion through employee engagement, fair decision‑making, data‑driven improvements, and visible impact across the business.

Over the coming months, we will continue to build on this momentum, identifying opportunities to deepen our inclusive practices and engaging teams across Freyssinet to help us move closer to this next milestone.
